When you use the wholesale inquiry form, H.M. International receives the name, business or organization name, WhatsApp number and requirement details that you submit. Please do not include payment card details, passwords, government identification numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information.
How the information is used
The information is used to review the buyer requirement, respond by phone or WhatsApp, share relevant catalogue or quotation details, plan follow-up and maintain an inquiry record. It is not used for a public retail checkout.
Storage and access
Inquiry records are stored using the website's database service and are available to the authorized website administrator. Service providers used for website hosting, database operation and communications may process limited information as needed to provide those services. H.M. International does not sell submitted inquiry details.
Basic visit counting
The public website records a basic aggregate visit count and uses browser session storage to avoid counting the same tab repeatedly. The public visitor counter does not create a customer profile. Separate authentication cookies may be used only for the protected administrator area.
